Shincheonji Church Celebrates 40 Years of Growth and Global Influence

The Shincheonji Church of Jesus recently celebrated its 40th anniversary with a grand event at the Cheongpyeong Shincheonji Peace Training Institute, attended by over 30,000 members and guests. This milestone highlighted the church's significant growth, fueled by its distinctive approach to interpreting the Book of Revelation and its commitment to spreading biblical knowledge.

Chairman Lee Man-hee, during his sermon, underscored the church's philosophy of understanding God's will through knowledge rather than blind faith. This principle has been central to the church's mission, as evidenced by its free 'Zion Christian Mission Center' program. The program offers comprehensive biblical teachings from Genesis to Revelation, attracting hundreds of thousands of participants and graduating over 100,000 members annually in recent years.

Shincheonji's influence extends beyond its membership, with collaborative efforts with thousands of churches worldwide. These partnerships have led nearly 10,000 congregations globally to exchange biblical teachings with Shincheonji, resulting in almost 1,400 churches in 38 countries adopting its interpretations and aligning their names accordingly. This global network underscores the church's growing impact on religious education and interfaith dialogue.
