MOSTe and Ares Management Collaborate to Empower Young Women Through Career Fair

The collaboration between MOSTe (Motivating Our Students Through Experience) and Ares Management's ANEW (Ares Network of Empowered Women) marked a pivotal moment in empowering young women from underserved communities through a career fair held at Ares Management's Los Angeles headquarters. This event provided MOSTe Scholars with a platform to explore various professional fields, engage with industry leaders, and acquire essential skills for their future careers.

Structured around five specialized sessions, the career fair covered Investor Relations, Compliance/Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Strategy Operations, offering scholars a broad perspective on the corporate world. An elevator pitch session further enhanced their networking and communication skills, emphasizing the importance of personal branding in professional settings.

Nicole Fisher, Executive Director of MOSTe, highlighted the event's role in boosting the scholars' confidence and bridging the gap between their educational pursuits and professional aspirations. This initiative reflects MOSTe's longstanding commitment to mentoring girls from underserved areas of Los Angeles County, supporting them through mentorship, college guidance, and leadership development since 1986.
