Body Routers Fitness Team Climbs for a Cause at Fight For Air Climb Miami

Body Routers Fitness is making strides in the fight against lung disease by participating in the upcoming Fight For Air Climb Miami at loanDepot park on March 9. With a team of 40 climbers, the organization is dedicated to raising funds for the American Lung Association, focusing on prevention and research of lung diseases. Led by Coach Ray Irizarry, the team includes top performers like Karina Arredondo-Irizarry, Rebecca Christina, Josue Lopez, and Coach Ray himself, who have previously excelled in their categories.

This year, Lt. Jeanette Harrington, a Miami-Dade Fire Rescue firefighter, joins the climb, honoring her best friend's mother who succumbed to emphysema. Harrington is nearing a lifetime fundraising goal of $100,000, underscoring the personal commitment many have to the cause. Body Routers Fitness has set a goal to raise $10,000, with team members like Veronica Camus, Cristina Gonzalez, Nina Gonzalez, Ashley Ramos, Velia Salgado, and Maggie Espin-Christina leading the charge in fundraising efforts.
