Rainforest Partnership is organizing a global livestream event, 'Planet Walkers: A Global Livestream and Call to Breathe With the Forest', scheduled for June 22 to commemorate World Rainforest Day. This unique event will showcase guided walks from various biodiversity hotspots, including the Amazon, Kenya, and Southeast Asia, featuring insights from Indigenous leaders, scientists, and cultural storytellers. The initiative is designed to elevate World Rainforest Day from a mere observance to a worldwide movement for ecological unity, with ambitions to engage one million participants and achieve over 100 million digital impressions.
