South Shore Food Bank Leader Honored as 2025 Commonwealth Heroine

Pamela Denholm, executive director of the South Shore Food Bank, has been recognized as a 2025 Commonwealth Heroine by the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women. Nominated by State Senator Patrick O’Connor, Denholm's leadership has been instrumental in enhancing food equity and supporting a comprehensive network of food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters.
