Alsco Uniforms Donates $25,000 and First Aid Kits to Support Texas Flood Recovery

Alsco Uniforms has made a substantial contribution to the recovery efforts in Texas following devastating floods, donating $25,000 and 500 personal first aid kits to The Salvation Army. This donation is aimed at providing immediate relief and supporting long-term recovery in the hardest-hit areas, including Kerr County, where the Guadalupe River overflowed during the Fourth of July weekend, causing significant loss and damage.

Bob Steiner, CEO of Alsco Uniforms, highlighted the company's longstanding connection to Texas, with nine laundry facilities operating across the state. 'Texas has supported our business for decades, and we want to be there for the community,' Steiner said, emphasizing the reciprocal relationship between the company and the local communities it serves.

The Salvation Army has been instrumental in the relief efforts, utilizing mobile kitchens and rapid response units to distribute essential supplies to those impacted.
