Atlanta Community Food Bank Strengthens Leadership to Combat Hunger

The Atlanta Community Food Bank has announced its new 2025 Board of Directors and Advisory Board members, marking a significant step in its ongoing mission to address food insecurity in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Kyle Waide, President & CEO of the Atlanta Community Food Bank, highlighted the importance of this leadership transition in advancing the organization's goals.

Althea Broughton has been named Chair of the Board of Directors, with Amir Ghoddousi leading the Advisory Board. Their leadership, along with new members Sarah Brown, Stewart Gantt, Mark Hoffman, Satya Kama, and Kendi O'Mard on the Board of Directors, and Brittanie Browning, Somia Farid Silber, and Chris McCollum joining the Advisory Board, brings a diverse range of expertise and a shared dedication to eradicating hunger.
